Hey There

You may feel overwhelmed, anxiety prone, or unsure of who you are or where you're headed. I support women navigating stress, depression, ADHD, and life transitions who are ready for something to shift. Many of my clients feel caught in repetitive patterns, disconnected from themselves, or longing for clarity and change. Together, we create a supportive space to slow down, gain insight, and gently break patterns that no longer serve you—so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you truly are and want to become.

All About Me

Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected—from themselves, their bodies, or the natural rhythms that once grounded them. When words alone aren’t enough, I offer a space where creativity and nature become pathways for healing.

As an eco and art therapist, I integrate process art, nature-based practices, and body awareness to support meaningful, experiential change. Our work may include creating with natural materials, engaging in outdoor sessions, or using art as a way to access and express what lives beneath the surface. This approach allows for healing that is not only cognitive, but sensory, relational, and deeply embodied.

I often work with womxn, creatives, and individuals navigating anxiety, grief, and life transitions—especially those longing to feel more rooted, regulated, and connected. My approach is non-pathologizing and trauma-informed, honoring your innate capacity for growth while gently supporting you in exploring patterns, tending to your nervous system, and reconnecting with your inner and ecological self.

Grounded in both clinical training and a deep respect for the natural world, I see therapy as a collaborative, living process—one that invites curiosity, creativity, and reconnection. Together, we create space for you to return to yourself and cultivate a life that feels more aligned, sustainable, and alive.

My Specialties

1

Complex Grief

I work with clients navigating complex grief—losses that are layered, ongoing, or hard to put into words, including death, relational loss, and life transitions.

Rather than trying to “move on,” we gently tend to grief through art-making and, when appropriate, nature-based practices. These approaches create space to express, honor, and make meaning of your experience in ways that go beyond words.

Together, we move at your pace, supporting you in building a relationship with your grief that feels more integrated, compassionate, and sustainable.

2

Adolescent/Teen Girls

I work with adolescent and teen girls navigating identity, anxiety, relationships, and the pressures of growing up. This stage of life can feel overwhelming, and many teens struggle to put their experiences into words.

Through art-making and, when appropriate, nature-based practices, I offer a supportive space for self-expression, emotional regulation, and exploration of identity. These approaches help teens build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and feel more connected to themselves and others.

I move at each client’s pace, creating a safe and collaborative environment where they can feel seen, supported, and empowered.

3

Eco Anxiety

I work with individuals experiencing eco anxiety—feelings of overwhelm, grief, or uncertainty related to climate change and the state of the natural world. These responses are valid and often deeply tied to care, connection, and a sense of responsibility.

Through art-making and nature-based practices, I offer space to process these emotions, reconnect with a sense of grounding, and explore meaningful ways of relating to the environment. This work supports both emotional resilience and a deeper sense of connection.

Together, we move at your pace, helping you hold these feelings in a way that feels more sustainable, empowering, and aligned.
