As a licensed Eco Therapist and Counselor, I provide structured 1:1 therapy in my 30 year organic garden in the heart of Austin ,Texas. Eco Therapy is a therapeutic approach that supports mental health by intentionally engaging with nature to promote regulation connecting, and healing. It uses experiences like being outdoors, sensory awareness, and nature based practices to help people feel more grounded and connected to themselves and their environment.

As a licensed Art Therapist and Counselor, I provide structured 1:1 therapy in my home art studio in the heart of Austin ,Texas. Art therapy is a mental health profession that enriches the lives of individuals, families, and communities through active art-making, creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience within a psychotherapeutic relationship.

Join group therapy, individual therapy, and workshops that focus on Complex Grief,  self-expression, and personal growth. Complex and ambiguous grief refers to loss that is ongoing, unclear, or lacks closure- such as losing someone to addiction, estrangement, or illness where they are physically present but psychologically changed. It often brings conflicting emotions and can be harder to process because there is not a clear endpoint or socially recognized way to grieve.

Receive compassionate, direct , eco and art focused support virtually from anywhere in the United States. Eco and Art Therapy  can be done virtually by guiding  clients to engage with their immediate environment- like using natural light, plants, or found objects from outside- while creating art and practicing mindful awareness together on video. As a therapist, I can support sensory tracking, creativity, and reflection in real time, helping clients build connection and regulation even from home.
